Introducing an exceptional 533m2 rustic farmstyle property, complemented by a separate 90m2 two-bedroom minor dwelling. Drawing inspiration from French Country Style, the main residence features four bedrooms, each equipped with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. The expansive living area includes a kitchen, scullery, dining space, and lounge, highlighted by exquisite macrocarpa exposed trusses and elegant American oak timber flooring. Designed for both leisure and entertainment, this home with indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a heated pool, and an outdoor kitchen, ensuring a perfect setting for family gatherings and social events.
Renovation
This renovation of a charming 1960s house, skillfully blending modern elements while preserving its original character. From our client's brief the layout was meticulously reconfigured to improve flow and connectivity throughout the home. The renovation included upgrading the electrical distribution board, power points, light switches and light fittings, as well as installing vital insulation in all rooms. The project was completed with new wall and ceiling linings, contemporary full-height wardrobes in the bedrooms, and expertly refinished Matai timber flooring, resulting in a sophisticated and functional living space.
Home Extension
This home has been thoughtfully extended to accommodate a growing family, featuring a spacious Master Bedroom complete with an En-suite and a dedicated study. The extension seamlessly integrates with the original exterior, showcasing board and batten on the gable end and timber weatherboards that reflect the existing style. A carefully chosen color palette enhances the coastal ambiance, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. This design not only meets practical needs but also elevates the home's aesthetic appeal.
